To produce your custom music video, we collect the following:

• Identity Data: Name, Artist Name/Stage Name, Email address.
• Transaction Data: Payment details (processed securely via Stripe), Invoicing address.
• Creative Assets: Audio files (WAV/MP3), Lyrics, Scripts, and creative briefs you upload or send to us.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely for:

• Service Delivery: Analyzing your audio track to generate synchronized visuals and rendering the final video (Starter, Narrative, or Universe tiers).
• Communication: sending project updates, previews, and final delivery links.
• Accounting: Issuing valid invoices compliant with EU VAT laws.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe to handle financial transactions securely. MB “Celestria” does not store your credit card data on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. AI Tools & Content Generation

Our production workflow involves the use of advanced Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Suno) to create visual content. By submitting your project, you acknowledge that AI is used in the creation process. Your personal data is not used to train public AI models without your consent.
