Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Celestria Records™. This brand and website are legally operated by MB “Celestria” (“we,” “us,” or “our”).By commissioning a project or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Scope

MB “Celestria” provides AI-generated music video production services. By commissioning a project, you acknowledge that the final visual output is created using generative artificial intelligence tools combined with human direction, editing, and post-production.

2. Delivery Timeline & Process

  • Project Start: Production begins only after the required deposit or full payment is received and all necessary assets (audio files, lyrics) are provided by the Client.
  • Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days for “Starter” plans and 10-14 business days for “Narrative” or “Universe” plans, unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.
  • Delivery Method: Final video files are delivered digitally via secure download links (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer).

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Your Music: You (the Client) retain full ownership of the music and audio tracks provided to us. You warrant that you own the necessary rights to use this music and indemnify MB “Celestria” against any copyright claims regarding the audio.
  • Video Ownership: Upon full payment, MB “Celestria” assigns to you full ownership rights of the final video file. You may use it for commercial and non-commercial purposes worldwide (YouTube monetization, Spotify Canvas, Social Media, TV, etc.).
  • Portfolio Rights: We retain a limited, non-exclusive right to display the final video (or segments of it) in our portfolio, website, and social media channels solely for promotional purposes of our studio.

4. AI Disclaimer & Quality Standards

The visual content is generated using generative AI technologies. By commissioning a project, you accept the following:

  • Aesthetic Style: AI video has a distinct, often “dreamlike,” “fluid,” or “painterly” texture. It is NOT equivalent to footage shot on optical cameras (e.g., ARRI or RED). Morphing and artifacts are inherent to the medium.
  • Resolution: We deliver video files in Ultra HD (3840×2160). This is achieved through professional AI upscaling of the native generation.
  • Acceptance: The quality and style will be consistent with the examples currently displayed in our Portfolio. We recommend reviewing our recent work to ensure the AI aesthetic aligns with your vision.

5. Payments, Refunds & Revisions

  • Invoicing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Invoices are issued by MB “Celestria” (VAT: LT100019331611).
  • Revisions: We offer specific rounds of revisions (as detailed in your selected package) to correct errors or adjust the flow.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of digital production and significant GPU computing costs, refunds are not available once the production phase (AI synthesis) has commenced. If you cancel before production starts, a full refund (minus payment processing fees) will be issued.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (European Union). Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Klaipeda, Lithuania.
